Terms & Conditions

Last updated · 20 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between QUANTELLOVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (operating the brand Creators Bridge) and you, the user.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between QUANTELLOVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at #67 Jyothi Nivas College Road, 5th Block, Industrial Area, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560095 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the user (“You”, “User”). These Terms govern access to and use of the Company’s website and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, read together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior understandings. The Company is not bound by any representation made by any third party, affiliate, agent, or employee unless expressly incorporated herein in writing.

2. Definitions

  • User — any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
  • Brand / Client — a business booking an activation or campaign through the Platform.
  • Creator — an influencer, content creator, photographer, or videographer engaged through the Platform.
  • Content — all text, images, audio, video, creatives, metadata, and Platform materials.
  • Services — enquiry handling, matching, booking, scheduling, coordination, communication, and campaign facilitation provided via the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Children Policy

The Services are intended for persons 18 years or older.

If a minor accesses the Platform under parental or legal-guardian supervision, the guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s conduct, usage monitoring, and any consequences arising from such use. The Company follows applicable child-protection norms and NCPCR guidelines.

4. Nature of the Platform

Creators Bridge is an intermediary that connects Brands with Creators and coordinates influencer-activation campaigns. Creators are independent parties; no agency, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship exists between the Company and any Creator or User by virtue of these Terms.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We coordinate creators, visits, and simultaneous posting. We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including footfall, sales, reach, views, engagement, virality, or that any content will “go viral.” Results depend on many factors outside our control. Any figures, examples, or past results shown are illustrative and not a promise of future performance.

6. User Warranties & Representations

You represent and warrant that you shall not:

  • Use the Platform beyond its intended purpose
  • Gain or attempt unauthorised access
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or mirror the Platform
  • Circumvent payments or transact outside the Platform to avoid fees
  • Use any Content for resale, licensing, or commercial exploitation without permission
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Misuse personal or sensitive information
  • Upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, or fraudulent material

Any violation is at your sole risk and liability.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Licence

All Platform Content is protected under Indian law and international treaties. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content produced during a campaign (reels, photos, and other creatives) may be used by the Brand and by the Company for the agreed campaign and for the Company’s own portfolio and marketing, unless agreed otherwise in writing at the time of booking. Creators retain rights as agreed in their individual engagement terms.

8. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • Bookings are confirmed once the applicable advance or fee is received and creators are allocated.
  • The Company may apply platform or service fees, which will be communicated before payment.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • The Company facilitates the engagement and is not liable for a Creator’s individual creative choices, subject to the coordination standards agreed for the campaign.

9. Technical Disclaimer & Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for:

  • Server failures, downtime, or traffic congestion
  • Data loss or system interruptions
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, war, or utility failure

Temporary suspension for maintenance may occur without notice.

10. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

The Platform may contain third-party links provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse or control third-party content and is not liable for transactions, representations, or losses involving third parties. Interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant campaign.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from all claims arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights. This provision survives termination.

13. Electronic Communication Consent

You consent to receive communications electronically, including by email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, and Platform notifications. Electronic communications satisfy all legal notice requirements.

14. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access without notice for breach of these Terms, legal non-compliance, or business or security reasons.

15. Waiver & Severability

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver; waivers must be written and signed by an authorised Company representative. If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
